It didn’t happen on some wide scale. It would have been found.
Unlike other Senators who complain about things and don’t come up with solutions. I come up with actionable solutions to problems that don’t even exist.
Tie the ability to vote to the census. Then offset time frame, so the census gets finished the year before the presidential election, so we have the most accurate and precise headcount and addresses, or we can all admit it didn’t happen and move on.
What is happening is appalling and the exact reason we need to teach Critical Race Theory. The fact that we are very actively talking about voter suppression is a problem, and the Republicans who claim to want to “defend” the constitution are actively destroying it and Democracy. This is just Jim Crow 2.0. Those who don’t learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
The reason why they want to suppress votes is because they are scared. They are afraid that their party is becoming irrelevant between the infighting, blatant lies, and hypocrisy, they are losing control of their own party, and people are leaving in droves because of the last 4 years. They are trying to suppress votes so they can stay in power that’s it. It’s the exact reason why we need term limits.
I’m running for Senate on the Democratic ticket in a Republican state. I want every single last person who can vote, to vote. Whether it be for me or against me because that’s what Democracy is. It is the will of the people, not just some of the people.
Get out and vote.
